Our History
We stand behind our reputation and will continue to serve our community with the values instilled by our funeral directors.
The Nat, Gawlas and Jordan funeral home has been serving the Wyoming Valley since the 1940's. Edward Edwards Graduated from Eckels School of Embalming in 1938, after graduation Mr. Edwards returned to Edwardsville to serve the residents of the area. He ran the funeral home with his wife Ruth.
The Edwards joined with the Russin funeral Directors of Plains Twp. in the 1970's. They worked together until the passing of Mr. and Mrs. Edwards. At that time the Russin family then ran the Edwardsville location along with Their Plains location together. Serving both communities in their time of need with compassion and grace.
