Jared J. Jordan
Owner/Supervisor(West)/Funeral Director

Jared has been a Licensed funeral director since 2001. He Lives in West Pittston with his wife Virginia and their four children.  Jared belongs to Corpus Christi Church, West Pittston, Knights of Columbus council 372 and serves as the Faithful Navigator of Assembly 948, and Exeter Hose Co. # 1. Where he is a Life Member. He is also the current 2nd Vise President of the Greater Pittston Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. Jared is also a councilman for West Pittston Borough.

Stephen Gawlas
Supervisor(East)/Funeral Director

Stephen J. Gawlas is a graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School, King’s College and the Simmons School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse, NY.  He has been serving in the funeral profession since 1983, assisting countless families in their time of need at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral in Wilkes-Barre.

Stephen resides in Hanover Township with his wife, Nancy Amendola Gawlas.  He has two daughters, Stephanie Walsh and her husband, Colin, and Alyssa Gawlas.  He has three grandchildren, Silas, Sloane and Sienna Walsh.

Stephen and Nancy are members of St. Nicholas – St. Mary’s Parish in Wilkes-Barre.

Charles Cease
Funeral Director

​

Charles lives in Hunlock creek with his beautiful and charming wife Tonya. He graduated from Northwest High School class of 1987 and Northampton Community College’s Mortuary Science program, class of 1990. Chuck received his Pennsylvania funeral director license in 1992.

In his spare time he loves to do jigsaw puzzles with his grandkids and watching sports. 

Virginia A. Jordan
Office Manager-West Location

Virginia was born and raised in Plymouth, PA. She is 1998 graduate of Bishop O'Reilly High School and a 2005 graduate of Wilkes University with a degree in Psychology. She now lives in West Pittston with her husband Jared and their four children.

Arthur Bobbouine, J.D.
Office Manager-East Location

​​Art is studying to be a funeral director at Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.  He lives in Pittston with his wife Trish Sgarlat and their two children.  Art belongs to St. Joseph Marello Parish.  He is a State Director for the Knights of Columbus and is Director of Security for BCM Security Services at Mohegan Sun Arena.  He has his JD from Penn State Dickinson School of law, was the former Chief Deputy Sheriff of Luzerne County, and the former Prothonotary/ Clerk of Courts. He is also the Registrar for Fortis Institute.

Floyd Young
Funeral Attendant

Floyd is a 1991 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School. He is a lifelong Kingston resident.  Floyd belongs to Immanuel Baptist Church, Edwardsville and the Columbian Fire Company, Kingston. He is the Deputy Fire Chief with the Kingston/Forty-Fort Fire Department.

Adrian Dormans
Funeral Attendant

Adrian is a graduate of the University of Scranton and Wilkes University. He has spent the last several years working in healthcare serving the community. He currently resides in Kingston with his family.

Robert Hines
Funeral Attendant

​​Bob is a retired educator of 42 years, serving a variety of schools in the Diocese of Scranton, as a teacher and administrator, for 21 years. He also served as an associate principal in the Pleasant Valley School District for 21 years. Bob graduated from King’s College and Marywood University.

He is an active member of St. Nicholas/St. Mary Parish, Wilkes-Barre. Bob is a member of St. Conrad’s Young Men Society and the Knights of Columbus, Assumpta Council 3987, Luzerne, PA. He resides in Mt. Top.

Ed lives in plains township. He graduated from plains high school. He retired from the plains fire department after 32 years of service. A navy veteran Ed has worked in the funeral business for 40 years. He has two daughters, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
