Obituary of Anthony Jason Kalmanowicz

Anthony Jason Kalmanowicz,35, of Tunkhannock passed away on Sept. 21, 2023. He was born in Kingston on Sept. 12, 1988 and he was the son of the late Anthony Scott Kalmanowicz and the former Anita Matalonis. Jason was a graduate of the Tunkhannock High School where he set the school record with 103 career wins in wrestling in 2008. Jason loved spending time outdoors. You could find Jason most afternoons riding his dirt bike or fishing. Jason had a love for woodworking, drawing, and he will be remembered as a free spirit with a kind heart. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents. In addition to his mother, he is survived by the loves of his life his two children Anthony Jason Kalmanowicz and Annalia Grace Kalmanowicz of Tunkhannock, siblings Jess and Christopher Duckworth, of Waverly, Joseph Kalmanowicz of Tunkhannock, Janel Kalmanowicz of Tunkhannock and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dog Zeus. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
