Dear Patrick and Family,
Words cannot express our heartfelt sadness of Major McGlynn's passing. He was an inspiration to law enforcement and a fine tribute to his family. As young Officers he guided us through the complex journey of law enforcement with his vast knowledge of the profession. After his retirement from the State Police he returned to Wilkes-Barre and used his expertise for the betterment of the City and its citizens. He was a wonderful person, it was always a joy to be in his company. May God watch over you and your family and most importantly Major McGlynn during this trying time. Major McGlynn will always be in your hearts and watching over you, God be with you, Brother. Love, Lori and Bob Riemensnyder, Retired Wilkes-Barre Police
